How do I return/refund a product?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our online purchases for returns. T&C’s apply.
Please contact us within 30 days of the invoice/receipt. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos and our team will be able to assist you.

- Products purchased on sale or as a part of a promotion cannot be returned
- Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Personalisation products cannot be returned – here is a list of personalised products
- Contact us within 30 days of the invoice to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# displayed on the outside of the package may be refused. You can get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Carefully re-pack all items in the boxes as they arrived to you, and insure the package for the value of its contents. Items belong to you until we confirm that the shipping company has delivered it safely. Customer pays for return shipping. Write your RA# on the shipping label.
- Upon receipt in as-new condition, including all written materials and accessories, you will receive a credit on your original method of payment for the amount paid for the item(s). A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may be charged, or refund may be denied, if goods arrive damaged, either by the customer or by the shipping company, or if goods are not returned promptly.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused, or subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. These include – returning without an RA number, or refusing the delivery without receiving permission from us.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, you may be able to cancel your order.
As for personalised product (here is the list), you are not able to cancel your order after 7 days of order placement date.
