Warranty Policy

Three Year Warranty — 36 months from date of purchase.

If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, Funkidviolin follows relevant Australian Consumer Law guidelines to make it right.

Reporting Damage

Customers must report damage or missing pieces before assembling the product, within 7 business days of delivery (or as soon as possible). Please inspect all components upon receipt, even if you won't open the box right away.

What's NOT Covered

• Instrument consumables (e.g. strings)
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental breakage
• Damage sustained during assembly
• Products where assembly instructions were not followed
• Products used outside their intended purpose
• Items stored incorrectly (most require indoor/undercover storage)
• Products taken to a third party for repair
• Rips, tears, stains, or creasing in fabric
• Fading from excessive light exposure
• Damage from inappropriate cleaning products
• Damage from extreme weather events
